Cultural Analysis of Information Hackers

I chose the article "China might be building vast database of federal worker info, experts say" and will be addressing various aspects to it in this post.

The two cultural keywords I chose are "security" and "information".  These words were used repeatedly throughout the article in various ways, and they are the words that embody the meaning of the article and issue.

The thesis of the article is that of who we should point the finger at when attacks such as this happen, ourselves or the perpetrator.  The duality of internet security is interesting because the perpetrator is nearly impossible to pinpoint, so the blame almost always boils down to the security that was breached.
